THE GREENEST SAYS:
A spin on their original formula, the Lord Jones High CBD Formula Body Lotion is infused with a splash of citrus for an aromatic experience. Developed in partnership with Soul Cycle, this CBD topical is the winner of the 2020 SELF Help Beauty Award, and has been featured in popular magazines like Bazaar and US Weekly. Lord Jones packs 100 mg of CBD into a 50 ml bottle of lotion formulated without formaldehyde, parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, sulfates, and synthetic dyes. Ya know, all that crap. We would opt for full spectrum. Since full spectrum CBD hemp products give you that sweet, sweet entourage effect. (That’s when all the cannabinoids like CBD, CBG, CBN and THC work together to prime your endocannabinoid system.) Whether you’re looking for added moisture or some post-recovery relief, you can’t go wrong with this CBD lotion.
WHAT IS THE HIGH CBD FORMULA BODY LOTION?
This restorative CBD-infused moisturizing lotion from Lord Jones uses quality ingredients to nourish the skin. Broad spectrum CBD acts as an anti-inflammatory, and the natural vitamins and fatty acids in shea butter moisturize the skin. Menthyl Ethylamindo Oxalate produces an immediate cooling sensation to stimulate blood flow and provide relief to the area of contact. Does the CBD do much that you will feel? Honestly, we don’t know! We do know it gets into your bloodstream (albeit at a lesser rate than something you ingest.)

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT FOR?
CBD topicals are absorbed through the skin to provide targeted relief. The essential fatty acids in the Lord Jones High CBD Body Lotion help soothe dry, irritated skin. CBD is also known for its anti-inflammation properties that can be used for post-workout recovery, relief for muscle aches and pains, and a variety of skin conditions.
HOW MUCH CBD IS IN IT?

WILL THIS BODY LOTION GET YOU HIGH?
Broad spectrum CBD retains the hemp plant’s original terpenes and cannabinoids but goes through a refinement process to extract the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) compound known for producing psychoactive effects. Additionally, topicals do not enter the bloodstream at significant levels because they are not inhaled or digested. As a result, the cannabinoids do not interact with the receptors that are responsible for intoxication.
HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU PUT ON YOUR SKIN?
Lord Jones does not list the recommended usage on their website. Typically with topicals, usage depends on the severity of the condition you are treating. You can start by applying a small amount to the affected area and then reapply as needed. With any product you apply to the skin, it’s best to do a patch test to see if any irritation occurs before continued use.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BECOME EFFECTIVE?
The Lord Jones High CBD Formula Body Lotion provides an instant cooling sensation upon application. On average, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to feel the full range of therapeutic benefits of a CBD topical.
IS THIS PRODUCT LEGAL?
Yes. This is a broad spectrum CBD product that contains no THC, making it legal in all 50 states.
DID LORD JONES TEST AND CERTIFY THIS PRODUCT?
Lord Jones tests every batch of hemp with independent third-party ISO certified labs for cannabinoids, pesticides, contaminants, and residual solvents. To access the product test results, you can enter a batch number on their website.
