There’s a lot to like about these Green Roads CBD Sleep Capsules. First, Green Roads check a lot of the progressive boxes when it comes to their products. They are all vegan friendly, never test on animals, are gluten-free and third party tested. So that’s all great. And this mix of melatonin and a nice amount of CBD creates an impactful little capsule that should help support any sleep issues you have. If we’re going to be nit picky (and we do like to pick nits from time to time), we wish this was at least broad spectrum or, ideally, full spectrum to offer the comprehensive benefits of CBD. But on the flip side, this is also a perfect dose for someone who’s hesitant to consume any product that has even the tiniest amount of THC. And while it contains only isolate CBD, there’s a nice amount in each capsule.

As we mentioned earlier, this is made with isolate CBD. Which isn’t our favorite. It’s fine for newbies or people terrified of any THC, but it lacks the other cannabinoids, phytonutrients and omega 3s that make broad spectrum and full spectrum hemp products so great. This is just pure CBD. Again, not terrible. Just not as effective. Because you miss all the cannabinoids that broad and full spectrum provides. HOW MUCH CBD IS IN IT?
There is 750mg of cannabidiol (CBD) per bottle and 25mg of CBD per capsule.
WILL THIS PRODUCT GET YOU HIGH?
No. This product is an isolate. That means it contains high concentrations of pure CBD, however it contains zero THC and has no additional hemp compounds. It also has no terpenes or phytonutrients (since it’s isolate.)

HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU TAKE?
The recommended dose is 30mg daily, however this amount varies person to person. For optimal results, Green Roads suggests starting with one capsule, waiting 3-4 hours and then gradually increasing your dosage until desired effects are attained. We, however, suggest taking no more than one per day especially for hte first few times. Also, since this also contains melatonin, make sure you don’t have to leave the house or drive after taking one of these capsules. Just sit, back and relax. Whatever you have to do will be there tomorrow.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE EFFECTIVE?
Green Roads CBD capsules can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 4 hours before any effects are felt. That’s why it’s recommended that you start slow and work your way up. And we always recommend trying a CBD-related product for three weeks before deciding whether it’s right for you or not.
