Their FAQ addresses this and says that they are looking forward to being certified soon, and are the next-best thing which is glyphosate-free. No. The capsules are full spectrum, which means they contain other cannabinoids in addition to CBD. So they do contain THC, but the amount is not enough to produce any psychoactive effects and create a high.
