THE GREENEST SAYS:

The Max Strength CBD Oil from Charlotte’s Web has one of the highest concentrations of CBD on the market. You want your CBD in high doses? This is your stuff. We like to point out that this isn’t for beginners. This is for seasoned CBD consumers who know what they like. Remember Jolt Cola? Yeah, that’s what this is. The company uses clean CO2 extraction and carries a U.S. Hemp Authority Certification for meeting extremely high standards for processing and growing. This CBD oil is well worth the investment, but I would like to see published lab results that don’t require a lot number to access. – Willy Christie

WHAT IS THE CHARLOTTE’S WEB MAX STRENGTH CBD OIL?

Charlotte’s Web Max Strength CBD Oil is made using a full spectrum hemp extract. The oil contains a variety of naturally occurring phytocannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and essential fatty acids. Charlotte’s Web offers CBD oils in four concentrations, the Max Strength being their highest concentration of CBD per milliliter. Charlotte’s Web uses a CO2 extraction method that is clean, safe, and leaves no negative impact on the environment.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT FOR?

This full spectrum oil is highly concentrated and best suited to those already familiar with CBD and ready for the next step. What does full spectrum hemp CBD mean? Well, sit back, kids and let us tell you. Full spectrum means it’s jam packed with all those wonderful little cannabinoids. Things like CBD, CBG, CBN and even THC are cannabinoids. And they help keep the endocannabinoid system in check. (The endocannabinoid system helps regulate a lot of bodily functions as well as your immune system.) So keeping it healthy is a good thing. But, as always, we need to know more about how CBD supports these systems. (The FDA doesn’t evaluate CBD products so we don’t know for sure if it can prevent, treat or cure any disease.)

In addition to those cannabinodis, it’s also packed with terpenes, phytonutrients and essential fatty acids. Which (we think) are all goods things for us.

HOW MUCH CBD IS IN IT?

There is approximately 60 mg of CBD in a 1 ml serving. Charlotte’s Web offers the Max Strength CBD Oil in 30 ml and 100 ml bottles.

WILL CHARLOTTE’S WEB MAX STRENGTH CBD OIL GET YOU HIGH?

No. As a full spectrum CBD oil, this product may contain trace amounts of THC, typically less than 0.3%. This level is not high enough to induce psychoactive effects.

HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU TAKE?

Charlotte’s Web indicates that filling the dropper halfway is a “full dropper” and equal to one 0.5 ml serving. The suggested serving size for adults is one full dropper 2-3 times per day. However, starting with a lower dose is recommended since this is a highly concentrated CBD oil. As always, you can work your way up as needed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BECOME EFFECTIVE?

The time it takes to feel the effects of CBD can vary based on body weight, metabolism, dosage, and a variety of other factors. CBD can take up to 2-4 weeks to achieve its full effect. And that goes doubly so for CBD newbies. Don’t expect to take this and feel like Wonder Woman (or Wonder Man) in 20 minutes. CBD doesn’t work that way. WILL CHARLOTTE’S WEB MAX STRENGTH CBD OIL SHOW UP ON A DRUG TEST?

Much like the consumption of poppy seeds can lead to a positive drug test for opioids, consuming certain hemp products may lead to a positive drug test for THC. Even though Charlotte’s Web full spectrum CBD oils may contain only trace amounts of THC, the science behind the conversion of cannabinoids when consumed is not yet fully understood. Please consult your health care provider if you are subject to drug testing.
