They’re broad spectrum so you get a fair few cannabinoids without the THC. Broad spectrum is a great option if the thought of ingesting THC freaks you out. So they’re ideal for someone who’s not a total newbie to CBD, but may be concerned about — or even allergic to — THC.
So what about the CBD? It’s third party tested for purity and potency. So we like to see that. And Koi is a member of a handful of hemp-related associations. We don’t know if that every actually means anything, but at least it shows they’re involved in the industry. Their CBD is their own branded thing called PRIZM, which is…interesting. The way they describe PRIZM is pretty generic marketing speak, so we don’t put much stock in that. But hey, it’s third party tested.
