Sweet Sleep CBD Oil from Green Roads looks to be another solid offering. Decent value, safe and clean ingredients all make me happy, but I have a slight problem with the cannabinoids. There is some conflicting evidence about CBD for help with sleep, with some reports indicating that lower dose of CBD can actually be stimulating. Not quite the intended effect. However, CBD helps aid sleep in other ways by calming thoughts and anxieties, which can definitely help. Melatonin is a great addition, in the absence of THC especially. My last qualm is with CBN. There is just not enough evidence to support CBN helping with sleep, so it’s not necessarily worth paying “extra” for in a night-time formulation. As large as Green Roads seems to be as a company, I’m surprised they aren’t more informed on their own specialty, instead of catering to trends and perpetuating misinformation. – Willy Christie
