It’s a full-spectrum hemp CBD gummy that comes in watermelon, strawberry and lemon flavors. It uses fractionated coconut (MCT) oil as the vehicle as well. WHO ARE THESE Bluebird Botanical CBD Gummies FOR?
Since these gummies are full-spectrum, they are for anyone who likes to use CBD for anxiety to mood. Gummies have the double benefit of including some CBD into your day and being a little treat. Which is always a mood booster on its own. And each gummy contains only 15 calories. Which isn’t a lot, as long as you don’t mindlessly inhale the whole bag (please don’t do that.) HOW MUCH CBD IS IN THIS PRODUCT?
Each gummy contains 15mgs of full spectrum hemp CBD. And since it is a full-spectrum product it also contains a very small amount of THC. Less than 0.3% THC to be exact. And there are 30 gummies in each little pouch for a total of 450mgs of CBD in the entire bag.

WILL THESE Bluebird Botanical CBD Gummies GET YOU HIGH?
No, it shouldn’t. Well, as long as you stick to the recommended doses. There is such a small amount of THC (as we mentioned previously, less than 0.3%) that that won’t get you high. Or have any psychoactive effect at all as long as you don’t eat three bags full. If you have any fears of THC, you might want to consider starting with a CBD isolate or broad spectrum product as those contain zero (or nearly zero) THC.

HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU TAKE?
If you are completely new to CBD, we always suggest starting out with half a gummy. Why rush it? Start low and go slow just to make sure CBD is right for you. Then work you way up to one gummy. If you’re an experienced CBD consumer, then go hog wild with one whole gummy. Yeee-Haw.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BECOME EFFECTIVE?
This is always a tricky question. Everyone is different. And CBD isn’t like an aspirin (think of it more like fish oil.) You won’t feel like a million bucks 15 minutes after consuming it.
