THE GREENEST SAYS:

Here we have Green Gorilla Pet CBD Balm. And we are going to start off by telling you that Green Gorilla is no joke. This balm is USDA Organic by Oregon Tilth, so this is real-deal organic. It’s not any of that half-baked “we use organic farming practices” that forces you to take their word for it. The only reason I’m not giving it a 10 on ingredient quality is because they use what looks to be CBD isolate in the balm. And the CBD they add happens to be the only non-certified organic ingredient.

Another odd thing is that most of the reviews on this product seem to be from humans…about using it on humans. So that’s a little…weird. We’d be pretty excited if the reviews were by dogs, but our dog technology is not there yet. But honestly, that tells you a lot about the validity of anonymous online reviews. (Our reviews, however, are fantastic, of course.) It’s not to say you couldn’t use this on yourself, but I honestly couldn’t find a single review about pets using it. WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

It’s a balm that’s formulated for your dog’s paws and other skin parts that may get a little dry, cracked or achey.

WHO IS THIS Green Gorilla Pet CBD Balm FOR? 

Dogs seem to be a little rougher on their paws than cats or other pets, so we feel like this is more for canines than felines. Unless your cat has some skin issues, of course. You can put it on their skin like you’d put a balm on your own skin.

HOW MUCH CBD IS IN THIS CBD PRODUCT?

This jar has 300mgs of CBD isolate. So while you have CBD in here, you get no other cannabinoids that you would with a broad spectrum or full spectrum product. Not as much of a loss with a topical, though.

WILL THIS Green Gorilla Pet CBD Balm GET YOUR PET HIGH?

Your dog (or other pet) won’t get high since there’s no THC in this product.

HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU TAKE?

At first, you should only rub a tiny amount on your pet. We always recommend that to make sure there’s no adverse reaction on the skin. And that would only happen if your dog had any allergy you weren’t aware of. Then, just use it as needed on the parts that needed. Don’t go crazy and slather your dog from head to tail, though. No one likes that.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BECOME EFFECTIVE?

The balm should start to help any skin issues within the first day or so. The CBD may take 2-4 weeks. Given that it’s a topical, and that it’s isolate CBD.

IS THIS PRODUCT LEGAL?

Yes it is. There’s no THC in it, and the rule is that any CBD product with less than 0.3% THC is federally legal. So no one’s going to throw your dog in dog jail for rubbing some of this balm on its achey paws.
