We cover a lot of “healthy” foods here at The Greenest. And while we like to keep an eye on everything we eat, sometimes you just need a splurge. And Crumbl cookies are the perfect example. They are barely cookies, they are basically full-on sweet experiences.

And because of that they’ve developed a bit of a cult following. So which cookies are the most popular and the least popular? We did a little research across 12 of their most common cookies to see which ones fans loved the best. And, because we’re The Greenest, we also added in their calories and a few other nutritional amounts. 

The way we like to look at these treats is which ones are worth the splurge. Meaning, is there a super popular cookie that also has a lower amount of calories (when compared to other Crumbl cookies.)

Here are the 12 most popular Crumbl cookies, starting with number 12.

12. French Toast — 4.29 stars

Although this may come as a surprise to Crumbl regulars who rank French Toast as an all-time favorite, this is the lowest-rated Crumbl cookie. Even though French Toast comes in at an average rating of 4.29 stars from 132,400 ratings, this is still pretty high since the entire list ranges from 4.56 to 4.29.

So, the ratings and fans’ preferences for the French Toast cookie couldn’t be more contradictory. According to Crumbl, it’s “a fluffy, buttery cookie topped with cinnamon egg wash, a dollop of buttercream, a sweet syrup drizzle, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.” Judging from that description alone, this sounds like it’s one of the softer and richer cookies on the menu. If that’s the case, you probably wouldn’t want to take on one of these on a whim, because it contains 850 calories for a whole cookie.

French Toast also has the highest amount of sugar at 79 grams. So, save these ones for special occasions or get friends and family together so you can all split one.

11. Cornbread — 4.32 stars

If you’re not sold on the idea of a cornbread cookie already, just know that you can thank honey for that, as it’s in the glaze, the frosting, and the drizzle, as Crumbl puts it. This is the only Crumbl to land as many all-time favorite nods from regulars by a landslide, which is surprising considering its 4.32-star score based on 122,261 reviews, representing the second-worst out of our dozen. Cornbread may be the flavor that creates the starkest divide between customers’ ratings and diehard fans.

Either way, one cookie clocks in at 820 calories and 25 grams of saturated fat, the second most of the dozen. It’s definitely best shared. Crumbl describes it as: “A warm cornbread cookie smothered with honey butter glaze, then topped with a dollop of thick honey buttercream frosting and a drizzle of honey.”

9 (Tie). Dirt Cake — 4.39 stars

There’s a gummy worm on top of it. According to Crumbl it’s “a dark chocolate cookie coated in cookies and cream crumbs, swirled with fudge frosting, sprinkled with chocolate streusel, and finished with a gummy worm.” If you’re in the mood for something sweet and messy, this is a great option.

Keep in mind, though, that a whole cookie is 820 calories and 68 grams of sugar, so consider your appetite before placing an order. With a rating of 4.39 stars from 104,935 ratings, this cookie is in 9th place (tie).

9 (Tie). Wedding Cake — 4.39 stars

Interestingly, Wedding Cake is neck-and-neck with Dirt Cake in terms of star ratings, with each flavor coming in at 4.39 stars though Wedding Cake’s total is a couple of hundred ratings lower at 104,394, despite the two having little in common. This stat also contrasts with comments from Crumbl regulars when asked which is their favorite cookie on the menu.

It is described by Crumbl as “A warm vanilla bean sugar cookie topped with an elegant swirl of vanilla and raspberry cream cheese frosting and a light crunch of white chocolate pearls.” The raspberry in the mix was a surprise for some, given that it’s not even listed in the name. One entire cookie clocks in at 790 calories and 72 grams of sugar.

8. Mallow Crème — 4.43 stars

With 76 grams of sugar, the second highest amount of all twelve cookies on our list, this cookie lives up to Crumbl’s description: “A graham cracker and white drop-packed cookie finished with fluffy vanilla marshmallow frosting and magical Lucky Charms marshmallows.” This cookie rates 4.43 stars from 113,659 ratings. Although there are two Mallow flavors on this list, this cookie is a completely different concept compared to the other.

This one is a single cookie and not a sandwich, and it packs 830 calories.

7. Mallow Sandwich — 4.46 stars

This is probably the biggest surprise of the group. It may have an impressive 4.46 stars based on 118,610 reviews, but at 970 calories, the Mallow Sandwich is the heaviest of the lot.

That’s 120 calories more than the next-heaviest cookie. It’s also the winner for saturated fat, with 32 grams, well above any of the others. Part of this has to do with the cookie’s description: “A fluffy, creamy center with brownie pieces sandwiched between two chocolate cookies made with OREO cookie pieces.” That’s two cookies, which accounts for some of the higher calorie count.

There is a separate Mallow flavor on this list, just below the sandwich. Give these cookies a look and determine how hungry you are before placing an order.

5 (Tie). Kentucky Butter Cake — 4.47 stars

The official description reads: “A warm yellow butter cake cookie smothered with a melt-in-your-mouth buttery glaze and topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.” Notably, it’s not actually frosting, just the aforementioned glaze. At 590 calories, it’s the third-lightest cookie on our list and has the most protein at 10 grams though it’s no slouch in the sugar department, either, with 39 grams.

It has an average score of 4.47 stars from 146,620 customer ratings.

5 (Tie). Blueberry Muffin — 4.47 stars

Regulars will also know this entry for its lower sugar and calorie counts. With its 4.47 star rating from 121,772 ratings, it’s tied with Kentucky Butter Cake.

This one packs a mere 36 grams of sugar, the lowest on this list, and has 560 calories, tying it with Strawberry Pretzel Pie as the lightest entry. Crumbl describes the cookie this way: “A warm blueberry cookie smothered in a buttery glaze and topped with a delightful crunch of blueberry muffin streusel.” It’s a nice change of pace from the frosting-laden options on this list. We weren’t able to try it, but it doesn’t seem like it’d be a bad choice when you’re looking for something less sweet.

4. Pink Sugar — 4.48 stars

The description of Pink Sugar from Crumbl reads: “A classic almond sugar cookie topped with a silky pink swoop of real almond frosting.” Pink Sugar has 254,882 ratings for a score of 4.48 stars. That’s more ratings than any cookie on this list, and by far. The cookie with the fewest ratings (Strawberry Pretzel Pie) doesn’t even come close, coming in at less than a fourth as many.

That means Pink Sugar has appeared on the rotating menu far more frequently than any cookie here, making this the closest thing to a Crumbl signature cookie. Nutritionally, Pink Sugar packs a punch: the whole cookie clocks 760 calories and 70 grams of sugar. It does have the lowest amount of saturated fat of any of the cookies (12 grams), but that doesn’t exactly make up for the rest of it.

3. Strawberry Pretzel Pie — 4.49 stars

With a mere 57,098 ratings, this cookie’s total is dwarfed by all of the other cookies on the list. It doesn’t even come close to matching up with the most-reviewed Crumbl on our list, coming in at less than a quarter of the review count. This low count means it’s likely that this cookie has been a Crumbl option much less often than the others.

Still, it earns 4.49 stars for its efforts. At just 560 calories, this cookie is tied for the lightest cookie on our list, and its inclusion of pretzel pieces makes this cookie the closest thing on the list to a salty cookie. As described by Crumbl, it is “A buttery pie-inspired cookie rolled in pretzel pieces, adorned with whipped cream cheese topping, house-made strawberry jam, and more crunchy pretzel pieces.”

2. Churro — 4.52 stars

Crumbl calls it a warm cinnamon cookie topped with a swirl of smooth cinnamon buttercream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar, which is cinnamon three ways. With a rating of 4.52 stars and a whopping 203,367 reviews, the second-highest number in this set, the Churro Cookie is a fan-favorite, probably helped by the fact that its flavor seems to make regular appearances.

Compared to the Snickerdoodle Cupcake, the only difference is the type of frosting, buttercream (Churro Cookie) or cream cheese (Snickerdoodle Cupcake), which is a matter of taste, not necessarily which is better.

1. Snickerdoodle Cupcake — 4.56 stars

According to Crumbl, this cookie is a warm cinnamon sugar cookie topped with cream cheese frosting and an extra dash of cinnamon sugar. It’s the highest-rated cookie out of the dozen we looked at. That being said, it’s not the cookie with the most reviews, so its lead comes from how consistently people rate it rather than from sheer volume. That frosting is what separates it from the other cinnamon option one spot below it.

How this list was put together

Each flavor’s customer ratings, including stars and description, were collected from their corresponding Crumbl flavor profile page as of September 24, 2026. Note that Crumbl does not make it readily apparent which flavors are the top-sellers. However, customers frequently discuss their all-time Crumbl favorites. For that reason, we selected twelve flavors based on our research.

Each of them has tens of thousands of reviews and ratings, with the fewest being 57,098, so it’s unlikely the order in this list will change significantly. The order of flavors in this list is determined only by the customer ratings and review counts Crumbl publishes for each.
